Is this a formal thing that you wish to draw up or just an idea that you had spontaneously and decided to share?

I think its very interesting and could be an interesting submission to Erowid. They could start a new vault.

i had been looking for some other info that supported responsible drug use and wikipedia had something on it. i gathered it from there, i think ppl should see this because society associates drugs with criminals!!! how absurb??? when telling Swim's parents about the thc ministry, Swim had this printed up to prove to them that ensure safe means of celebrating a controlled substance.(f) suggests being honest about usage, but i do not always absolutely follow this recommendation.

i agree wholeheartedly that being honest about usage is a context-dependent thing. i make the effort to explain to all of my close friends my views and usages of various drugs, but some people are just too biased for me to be honest. if you tell someone you've done a drug like cocaine or heroin, for example, they will immediately assume you are a criminal and a drug addict. glad to hear you're an intelligent drug user

it's the only way to be! as i read somewhere, using psychoactives has it responsiblities, just as driving, operating heavy machinery, having sex (std's), anetc all do. a person just has to use precaution and common sense when involving themself with a certain activity. driving, operating heavy machinery, and having sex, aren't illegal, why should drugs be? and everything involves responsibility, just a matter of relativity.
