Layers in blender
so swim decided to try another tea recipe. he's now i'm just letting it sit there. i can see that there are 3 different layer, the middle one is a very dark brown. i'm guessing that is what were after. am i correct?

The darker layer swim described will be the most potent, but all the tea is usable.

The darker layer would be of no greater or lesser potency than the rest of the aqueous solution.
Opium is VERY water soluble. Unless SWIY has added a base to precipitate out morphine, the opium will be evenly distributed throughout the H20. One gram of clean opium in a liquid oz of water will be very very slightly tinted, to the point where the light brown tint is barely noticable. The dark brown color is likely due to solids blocking light. |
