Drug testing in Australia

I was wondering if there are any drug testing centres (or at least harm reduction organizations that have drug tests like EZ-tester avaliable) in Australia/NZ ?

I don't need an internet source for EZ-test so I believe this post is OK considering the DF rules, but if not I would be thankful if a moderator edits it.

EDIT: Just saw that "drug testing" is more of a body then a substance type of testing in this subforum, so mods I'm forever grateful for redirecting (Law and order maybe ?) it
