Other - Complete newb with questions

So SWIM stumbled upon 5 oxycodones w/ apap. SWIM has been involved in various other drugs, but never pills of any kind. SWIM dosnt know how to measure, how much to take, etc.

The bottles label states "OXYCODONE W/APAP 5/325 TAB MCK". SWIM has no clue what this means.

The pill itself is a white round tablet with 512 imprinted on the front.

Please forgive SWIM for his newbiness as he is just looking for the best way to take these pills and how many he should take.

As far as I can see the label basically says 5mg's of Oxycodone and 325mg's of APAP (acetaminophen (paracetamol)) in each tablet. Unsure about the MCK bit though. The label on the pill I believe would be the weight of it. Which dont make much sense if you add the two ingredient values together, Maybe someone else could explain that. As for dosage ...

First of, SWIM just wants to say he's happy to see a "newbie" using SWIM on their first post.

Second, if SWIM were SWIY, and SWIY no tolerance to opiates as SWIM assumes, since SWIY said they've never taken pills before, then he would start off with 10-15 mg.

SWIY should probably take on at first, see how they feel in a half hour to forty-five minutes, then take another if they feel they can handle it. Then proceed in the same fashion if a third is necessary.

SWIM is basically saying that the light dose mentioned a couple posts up (2.5 - 5mg) seem entirely too small to produce anything special. Anyhow, hope SWIM's advice helps.
