Is Kratom legal in Spain?

Spanish Drug laws seem very complicated but the simple question is, some friends of mine are going to Spoin (magalluf) this summer. They want to bring Kratom on the plane with them and chillax on the beach, coule there be a problem at airports?

Is kratom okay to have and import into spain by holidaymakers?
