Does "benzthonium chloride" in Ketamine causes Delirium like Trips?

SWIM Apologize for his English and wants someone to correct him if he wrote something faulty.

SWIM has tried Ketamine in different doses, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg,60 mg
70 mg, 80 mg , 100 mg all IM, and 80mg insufflated
Doses from 30-50 mg for SWIM don't have psychedelic effect, but relaxing and sort of like entering into wide blackness. But no visuals or anything, with body almost totally numb.
On 80 mg and 100 mg doses, SWIM has experienced EGO loss or is it better to say,
he achieved to enter the state that is suitable for Metaprogramming, just as it is
described in James Kent writings here http://users.lycaeum.org/~lux/alchem/konunb.htm
He entered into the state where he could get objective viewpoint of his own ego and it’s actions , but that lasted only for a couple of seconds, cause whole experience was overwhelmingly, and was moving fast like some kind a speedy hipnagogic imaginary, and SWIM was unable to do anything but just to watch. SWIM is wondering that "benzthonium chloride" may be guilty for this,

"Do different brands of Ketamine have different effects?
Pharmaceutical liquid Ketamine is sold under various tradenames, notably Ketalar, Ketaset, and Ketamine 500. Different brands can have different effects. For instance, Ketalar contains the preservative benzthonium chloride, which is an anticholinergic agent which counteracts the effects of the brain neurotransmitter, acetylcholine. It has its own psychoactive effects seperate from Ketamine, mainly "delerium" at higher doses. Ketamine 500 contains the potentially neurotoxic substance, chlorobutanol, which has displayed harmful effects in some animal experments
It is not known whether these preservative survive the 'cooking' process when converting liquid K to powder.
Taken from http://www.thegooddrugsguide.com/ketamine/faq.htm

SWIM felt just like that, SWIM had Visuals But he was like in delirium. SWIM wants to know if benzthonium chloride survive the cooking process, SWIM prefers to use Ketamine IM. So if anyone has the Brand of K with benzthonium chloride, and if he/she has tried both ways IM or insufflated that brand, does it make any difference, or does it cause less delirium and more psychedelic trip.
SWIM would like to note that after coming down, SWIM feels energized and euphoric.

SWIM was wondering if we can systematize each brand of Ketamine, by writing its Brand name, isomers that contains, how much K per ml contains, and if it contains benzthonium chloride or not.

For example, brand available in East Central Europe is Ketamidor

Ketamidor 100mg/ml-10ml bottle
0.1mg benzthonium chloride
SWIM don't know which isomers this brands contains.
And SWIM would like to find out how can he identify which isomer is in his Bottle.

Does SWIY mean benzethonium chloride? As far as I know this is an antiseptic agent used in cleaning products, and isn't psychoactive. I could be wrong though.

PingoTango added 4 Minutes and 11 Seconds later...

OK, I may stand corrected - Erowid says "According to an article written by Karl Jansen in the Journal of Psychoactive Drugs, Ketalar ® [produced by Parke-Davis] contains benzethonium chloride as a preservative, which may have its own psychoactive effect."
