Experiences - Is there a marked difference between diphenhydramine and dimenhydrinate

Swim has had plenty of experience with diphenhydramine but never with dimenhydrinate,is the trip or experience different in any way?Which one tends to be most pleasant if one can call deleriant antihistamines pleasant?

"Dimenhydrinate is the 8-chlorotheophyllinate salt of diphenhydramine. The effects of both compounds are due to the same active principle, with one of the major differences between the two substance being dosage (50 mg of dimenhydrinate is equivalent to approximately 25 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride)."

and having been experienced in both (swim has had his desperate experiments.) they are different in effects.

Can your friend please elaborate on the qualitative differences between the two? As we know, just because "the effects of both compounds are due to the same active principle" does not mean they act in the same parameters, or even the same manner. It seems diphenhydramine is lighter, or possibly has a higher bioavailability...was there a noticeable difference in timing?

swim's only experineced diphen, but would imagine dimen would be a little less sleepier, and the difference between the two would be as much as the difference between oxy/hydrocodone, but this is only a semi-educated guess

Swim had pretty good experiences on both.

Diph made him hear alot of noises and he stared at a blank tab in mozilla for an hour watching a woman dance across it.

Dimenhydrinate had DXMish effects when Swim was still. It made his ceiling a rugged landscape of white.

Both had slightly the same effects, but the Diph was probably more hallucinogenic though.

I heard that diphenhydramine works quicker, somehow, compared to dimenhydrinate, and is a little more mellow.
