Promethazine Suppositories

I'm well aware that this is in the wrong forum, but I was not sure which forum to post it in so I posted it here. Feel free to move it to the appropriate forum

I came across these 12.5mg Promethazine suppositories, and I'd heard of prometh+codeine cough syrups being used recreationally. What is the recreational potential for these suppositories?

I've read about people taking 25mg or more orally and achieving positive effects, but I know anything taken anally is absorbed quicker and more efficiently. So what's the deal? Anybody?
