Dose - Release Rate?

Hello Swimmers. This SwimEU I know has 15 mg XR morphine pills by Mallinckrodt pharm and my question is...
When you take a thirty mil adderall XR pill there is an initial release (about a quarter) of the milligram of the pill, and then a steady release of amphetamine for an extended period of time. So basically 7.5 mg of the pill is initially released.
Is there an initial release of morphine with his pills like the adderall or is it a steady consistant release of morphine throughout?
SwimEU friend has a pretty high tolerance to opiates ex. 50 mg of oxycontin insulfated (snorted) yeilds a decent buzz. Four of the morphine XR pills are necessary to obtain any kind of buzz for him and he is wondering if there is any way to get more out of these for less (besides reducing tolerance).

I'm fairly certain that the morphine is released continuously.

Intravenous administration would increase the amount of morphine that hits the brain, lowering the effective dose. If one were inclined to take this route, extra care should be taken to filter out the insoluble extended release coating from the solution. Chemical extraction of pure morphine would be preferable.

Though SWIM does not known Morphine pills from SWIY's particular brand, there are possibly several ways to get more out of it. First of all, when taken orally, morphine has a very low bioavailability, only around 10%, 20% max is absorbed by the body and reaches the brain. Now normally snorting a drug would make its BA(BioAvailability) go up. But in the case of morphine, it actually even goes down a few percent. There is however a way to change the nasal BA of morphine, to an impressive 50-60%. By snorting some chitosan solution. Orally consumed morphine can also be potentiated with various methods; drinking some grapefruit juice an hour beforehand, taking some sodium or potassium bicarbonate half an hour beforehand and also by taking cimetidine an hour to half an hour beforehand. All these various tactics, when used together before taking the morphine orally, may also get the BA up to around 40%.
