Spiral is an unknown quantity at this point

Oxy after xanax

I took 3 mgs of xanax at about 7-8 aclock thismourning, and some the night b4. Its now after 2 in ther arvo, xanax worn off i think, am i safe to do 20 mgs oxy ? I heard they dont go well together so juz wondering if thats a big enough gap. Any help thax
