modafinil precursor laws
Was reading the wikipedia's info on Provigil (modafinil). Interesting compound. It's the stimulant-that's-not-a-stimulant. Actually, it's called a "wakefulness-promoting agent" -- which swim always chuckles at.
Anyways, it said that it's direct precursor, adrafinil, is currently unscheduled in the US. But wouldn't that still fall under the analogue act restrictions?
