Drug info - SWIM not sure about first time

SWIM just got some salvia in the post, but it didn't seem to have a massive effect. SWIM saw advice on the pinned topic and ordered some plain leaf. SWIM's bong is small, but SWIM didn't think that would matter. SWIM used 2 leaves, and inhaled for 15-20 seconds three times. SWIM only noticed that he was feeling random and a little happier than normal, and lost some balance. SWIM wanted to know if this was normal or if he was doing something wrong.

When using Salvia to get hallucinations many people usually get extracts which are concentrated 5X 10X 20X ect.


Using plain leaf can work but you need to smoke much more. Try smoking 3-4 bowls of plain leaf while inhaling for 15-20 seconds, or even better smoke all 3-4 without exhaling until the last bowl. It should work for you then.

for plain leaf, you got about as much as you can get considering the dose. get some extract. if you're ready for something pretty intense, go for around 20x-25x, and make sure you're comphy!

pretty potent for a first trip, swim wants to work his way up to 80-100x, and not black out.
