tramadol+hydrocodone+temezepam???

i planned on taking 30mg hydrocodone, 90mg temezepam, and 200mg tramadol, oh and the 3000mg of acetiminophen from the vicadin. i was wondering if i should adjust this mix any and if i culd add some gabapentin. if i did add gabapentin prolly 900mg. i love the benzo and opiate combo and i heard the tramadol will intensify it a little and make it longer. idk how the gabapentin will affect it though. my tollerances are relatively low and i know i culd handle every thing exect the gabepentin i havent experienced it much. any info will help
