US laws for being under the influence
SWIM recently was arrested. SWIM was drug tested and is certain to come up positive for x and trees. SWIM was at an outlaw rave, but she was not driving and she did not have anything illegal on her. So, what can the penalties be for simply being on drugs?
There was no possession, SWIM wasn't driving, and this was in California. I've tried to find what the penalties for this are, but everything just has to do with driving or possession, can anyone help me out? Thx everyone
