Australia - how much is a traffickable amnt on AUS

hey all, swim was wondering how much psuedoephidrine u need to be caught with to be a traffickable amount?
if u had less than this amount what would the penalties likely be?

also if u had one box of sudo, 24 tabs x 30mg, does that mean u can be booked for having 24x30mg = 720mg, or .72 of a gram? or do they take into account loses when cooking into speed?

SWIM cannot answer you for sure about "traffickable amount" , however it sure would be unlikely and impossible for feds to pin you for psuedoephedrine if you have a box of 24 x 30mg sudafeds.

Either you would need to be caught with many boxes (and possible lab equip) or extracted pseudo for their be a chance of prosecution.

swim got caught by customs importing 12gms through the post in the letter from customs it said that any more than 3.2grms is considered a marketable amount so swim guesses 3.2gms is the legal amount to have allso if swim gets caught again swim gets a $300.000 dollar fine or 15 years in jail they let swim off this time.LUCKY

SWIM dont even know how you'd get PSE in aus any more. The only thing SWIM can think of is if you have a friend who is a pharamcist or doctor (who doesnt really value their career)...otherwise you've got to play by the feds rules - recording your details every time you buy PSE products
