Drug info - What to get? Which brand...etc

Here it is,
SWIM has a really bad tendonitis and cannot move his wrist at all.
He went to the doctor and the doctor prescribed anti-inflammatories (naproxen) and Tramacet (tramadol+acetaminophen) but it's far from cutting the pain off.
SWIM also bought a carpal tunnel syndrome brace.

SWIM's doctor is really nice and understands quite well SWIM's problem is temporary and now SWIM is wondering what to ask for, which brand etc...

SWIM doesn't mind if SWIYou tell him not to ask for specific brands or drug names. SWIM knows his doctor and his doctor knows SWIM so it's all good

Bottle of Opana, bottle of Dilaudin, box of morphine ampoules (Duramorph), and a box of fentanyl patches (Duragesic).

Wouldn't it be dangerous to use Oxymorphone?
How about Oxycontin and Fentanyl...which brands should SWIM get?

and which brand should SWIM get if he wants to use orally and nasally? SWIM usually have access to the Real brand, generics are made by Ratio Pharms, Gen Pharms or Apo Pharms...What would be best?

if swim wants to actually use it for pain, and not so much for recreation, go with vicodine(hydrocodone/apap) or percocet(oxycodone/apap), or oxycontin(oxycodone). but if swiy want's to feel a little more euphoric, definitly go with the oxycontin, since there's no apap, which is BAD.
as for the difference, swim has found hydrocodone is more "clean", and more of a body high, while oxycodone gives off more of a stoney feeling, and is more focused in the head high.
