Identifying the type

Someone who certainly isn't me recently tried some pills when he was hanging out with some friends. The first one he tried he can not remember the print on it but he took one and a half (which he considered big for his first dose.) The supplier stated that they were speed based.

The second time this friend tried it he was with a friend who claimed that the pills they were having were pure MDMA. The imprint on the pill was the word "ECKY." My friend had three of these and it only affected him slightly more than it did the first time.

These two times were exactly one week apart.
I have four questions:

1) could my friend be already gaining tolerance to ecstasy?
2) what is the maximum you would suggest he tried next time?
3) what difference can the affects of snorting pure MDMA have?
4) does anyone know of what was in the "ecky" pill?

My "friend" thanks you in advance
Sorry if i used the wrong prefix

Re: Identifying the type

It's recommended that a lab rat wait atleast one month before attempting to consume any more pills. Also, the pill ought to be strong enough (1 pill) by itself to not need extra doses in order to reach desired effects. If anyone tells you differently, run quickly and keep your money safe. Look for the stickied post to read about ecstasy experiences, you'll likely be able to find a common symptom pattern of good pill effects. and it's impossible to ever tell what would be in an ecky pill since two identical pills could have completely different ingredients due to people using the same brand, even from the same batch they can vary widely.

Re: Identifying the type

well if your friend was only effected a little more than it's likely that the pills weren't good quality pills. especially since your friend took double the amount he took the first time.
