Pharmacology - What prescription combonation has helped you the most?

Swim is currently taking 40mg celexa, 30 mg of Abilify, and .5 mg of kolozapam(sp?). Swim must say this is the first combonation that has worked and worked well. Swim is motivated and fells normal again. Since He went to Iraq he was depressed for years now, but this mix has put him back on top of the game. Swim is curious to hear what has worked for others. Oh by the way swim takes 30 mg of Mirtazapine before bed to sleep, works great.

I guess this is just a thread to show that some of these drugs work. There are a lot of hater posts about these drugs and rightfully so but with the right combination they can work well.

Swim is currently prescribed Geodon (ziprasidone) at 40mg morning and 160mg night, Invega (paliperidone) 12mg daily - both antipsychotics; Propranolol 5mg 3x daily - for antipsychotic side effects; and ambiencr for sleep. This combination works ok for swim but leaves a lot to be desired.
Swim's diagnosis is schizophrenia.

This gal I know takes Cymbalta, Lamictal, Abilify, Xanax XR and Klonopin. I know it seems like a lot, but the girl is depressed, anxious, bipolar and has ADD that needs to also be medicated. She's tried Focalin XR, Ritalin LA and Vyvanse, with no luck. But she must say that Cymbalta plus Lamictal have been lifesavers for many years now....highly recommended

SWIM takes 2.5 mg Abilify (aripiprazole), 120 mg Cymbalta (duloxetine), 2 mg Ativan (lorazepam) daily. Used to be on 5 mg Abilify but it caused akathisia. Swim must be sensitive to anti-psychotics. This combo works very well to control severe anxiety and depression, also restlessness and agitation, and lack of motivation. Swim does not have an official diagnosis but suspects psychotic depression.

Swim takes 300mg of quetiapine before bed, 10mg of aripiprazole when swim wakes and 1mg of lorazepam daily. The combination of quetpaine and aripiprazole is very good for the quetiapine will make swiy tired and sleepy and thus is good to take before bed time, the aripiprazole is more activating than the quetiapine and thus it is good for taking in the morning.
