Boo hoo Drug Court

Swim got popped a few months ago and is about to start the drug court program. This includes 3x a week drug testing as well as attending some other crap. The test includes:

Weed
Alcohol (including etg metabolite test)
Benzos
Barbiturates
Cocaine
Opiates
Methamphetamine
Amphetamines (but he has a scrip for adderall so that ones okay...right?)
PCP
Methadone

Swim is sure that he's going to try to get around the tests at least some of the time, but once he gets caught he is not going to risk the harsher penalties associated with multiple failed tests. Swim wants to know what all recommend as far as drugs that would not show up. He mainly wants an alternative to alcohol for party situations, as well as some RC's that would be good for the parties they throw around here...

Swim has an ample supply of 2c-i which he figures will never show up on any drug test. He was considering GHB as a good alternative to alcohol as swim is in college and partying is a big part of his life, although he has had some troubles acquiring it at the moment.

If the test is 3 times a week it would be advised to not use drugs.

If swiy does decide to use anything, it would be best if the substance wasn't on the drug test.

Maybe Kava Kava as an alcohol alternative? Seems a lot safer than GHB, no chance for physical addiction, plus it is legal.

He tried kava, no matter how much swim drank of the extract he only got a small buzz. Not exactly a party drug. Plus hes not even allowed to drink alcohol at all, which means the tiny amount that comes with the kava extract would cause problems. Not that he couldn't make it himself out of the root, but it wouldn't be worth it. Thx for the suggestion tho.

And no offense, but swim doesnt really don't need anyone to tell him not to be using drugs. He's looking to beat the system, if he wanted to go sober he wouldn't have bothered posting this wonderful thread. There is plenty of stuff that they don't test for, how about throwing up some fun RC's? Swim just thought of one...he's going to UTFSE for methylone.

Hmm can't find any definitive answers on if that would show up or not... any advice on methylone as pertains to these tests?

Swim is pretty sure fentanyl would set off the test for opiates unless he had a prescription.

Negative It will not. At least the kind that are the instant kind.. where you piss in a cup with the positive and negative results showing up on the side.

swim knows this because he lived in a half way house and thats all they used was fentanyl because of the regular drug testing...

thats fucking retarded, drug court for lsd? usually its reserved for drug addicts (eg.people using addictive drugs). a person couldnt even trip on lsd for more an a couple days in a row before it would stop working. keep triping on acid, and other psycedelics (becareful about amphetamine dervivatives). have fun sitting in those stupid meetings/classes they force you to go to with junkies, coke fiends and speed freaks.

Swims lawyer told him that theres some hot bitties in the drug court. Swim loled, cheered and said he was going to get himself a crack whore. His lawyer suggested a chick that got popped for oxycontin instead. Funny guy.

SWIM was put on probation on two different occasions. On the second occasion, he was assigned to 6 months of reporting probation and random drug testing. At the time (and still ), SWIM smoked a lot of marijuana. In fact, that's the reason he was on probation in the first place. But anyway, during the first month and a half, SWIM had to report once a week and usually was tested once every other visit on average. SWIM usually smoked down right after his drug test and was perfectly clean for the next week's test. Then SWIM's schedule was changed and he was only required to come in once every other week. When that was the case, SWIM smoked for a few days after his test and maybe once within the week, but was always clean for his tests. Please note that before every test, SWIM chugged some water and peed a few times to dilute his urine. The only test SWIM ever failed was the very last one. SWIM's probation officer asked "When's the last time you smoked weed?" to which SWIM replied "I haven't since I got arrested.". SWIM's probation officer knew better, but luckily he thought SWIM was a good person so he marked SWIM's papers so it said he passed the test. SWIM hasn't been back to probation since, thank god.

Either way, what I'm trying to get at is that it's not hard to pass drug tests as long as you know when to use and when not to. I used this example because marijuana stays in the body a lot longer than most other drugs, but SWIM still got away with it. Good luck.

Yeah, but, with the test being 3x a week theres still not alot you can get away with. Usually harder drugs get out faster, salvia wouldn't show up, but not much recreational value i wouldn't think.

There is only one illegal drug that I can think of where a person could get away with it: LSD25. The very drug SWIM was accused of - and the one they don't/can't test for!

P.S. Tell SWIM to be careful if he gets a cough. Dextromethorphan can give a false positive for PCP.

First of all, ur best bet is to get some scripts for benzos or opiates if possible. Also, it would seem to me that mdma could show up on amphetamine tests. I have no knowledge in chemistry, just on the whim that methamphetamine is the ma in mdma. if that even made sense...

Swim is almost done with this program. To update, this is what he has been dabbling in over his time in the program:

jwh-018: A lifesaver. Almost exactly like weed. It's fucking great. Swim goes high on this to his UA's all the time.
kratom: Mild buzz but is something at least.
4-aco-dmt and shrooms: Neither shows up. Swim has some fun on low doses at the right kind of party.
Butanediol: Swim loves this shit. He enjoys it more than alcohol. Has saved his social/partying lifestyle. He goes high on this to his UA's all the time also. No problems.

Swim has recently been using Mephedrone recreationally as well. He's pretty sure that this has not caused a positive or he would've heard about it by now. Beware that people have been experiencing serious side effects with this, but its sooooo much fun.

Now you guys gotta help swim write some sort of speech that he can give at the "graduation" saying how the war on drugs is bullshit and that swim is a good guy and most drug users are and we're fucking good people over for no reason. Swim is going to graduate with no infractions. Maybe someone will listen.

Another note: Thinking back on the event a small amount of weed may have been involved too. Perhaps the criminal justice system is not totally retarded. After all, he's been clean and sober from the ganja for quite a while!

There are PLENTY of good arguments against the war on drugs made around here. I've posted plenty of my own. Still that last bit rather sums it up. Good people being treated like shit for something that's none of their goddamn business.
