E/MDMA Mixed with antihistamine drug to prevent vomiting/nausea

My quick-witted pet fox has come to the realisation that unless something is done to help his weak stomach he will be unable to continue taking E/MDMA or Ketamine for that matter.

He had previously turned to Ketamine to avoid the sickness that he finds so common with E/MDMA but now even K has begun to make him feel nauseous. The other foxes are getting tired of his company when drugs are involved as he always seems to feel unwell, leave early as a result and put a slight downer on the night. They think that my poor fox is to blame and it is because he thinks about things too much (which is true, but unrelated?) My fox is fairly sure that he just has a weak stomach, which would make sense since he has always eaten unadventurously and has avoided the ghastly fried chicken that the other foxes seem to love and can be procured from the dodgy take-aways on the streets of London.

Anyway, to get to the point:

My fox was wondering how safe it is to combine E/MDMA or Ketamine with these anti-histamine drugs such as dimenhydrinate (sp?) or similar. He has heard that they suppress the nerves (?) that would cause nausea and vomiting but has often read that it is dangerous to mix drugs with anti-depressants and was wondering if this was similar? He also used to think that when he vomited it was his body telling him that he was in danger from all the chemicals in his system and thus he needs to expel them - would getting rid of this warning be harmful? Furthermore, are these drugs available over the counter (UK) or should my fox schedule an appointment with the vet and tell him about his (unrelated to drug use) nausea and motion-sickness?

Thanks in advance, my fox eagerly awaits your advice.

Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine) is over-the-counter in the USA. I don't know about the UK. Taken as per label directions - not exceeding same - should not prove dangerous with MDMA. There are other drugs in this class - such as cyclizine (Marezine), but I recall hearing that one is controlled. Ask your local chemist (Pharmacist) about availability.

A vet might opt for something stronger, such as prochlorperazine (Compazine). This being a phenothiazine-derivative related to Thorazine (chlorpromazine). This would not be a good choice to mix with an amphetamine derivative such as MDMA. Stick with over-the-counter if possible for the Fox.

Re: E/MDMA Mixed with antihistamine drug to prevent vomiting/nausea

I've done some research on behalf of my foxy, it looks like dimenhydrinate is unavailable here and cyclizine is only available via prescription.

Promethazine is one option, but it says: "Promethazine blocks histamine receptors in an area of the brain called the vomiting centre. It also acts to block other receptors in the vomiting centre (serotonin receptors)."

Seratonin receptors are not what my fox wants to be blocking, right? That leaves cinnarizine (stugeron is the brand in the UK) which is available over the counter - I guess this is the way for my fox to go. It seems like it has less likelihood drowsiness and other negative side-effects. Does that sound like a good option Panthers?

Lol one site says: "Warning! If you find this medicine upsets your stomach, taking it with or after food may help." And, "Disturbances of the gut such as diarrhoea, constipation, nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain". Tad paradoxical and slightly off-putting for my fox, but I'm hoping that is just a generic warning for all meds .

Found this list as well of what is available here. Just focused on anti-histamines as I'm not sure about the safety of the others (and I wouldn't want to endanger my fox).

Anti-cholinergic
scopolamine (L-hyoscine)

Anti-histamine
cinnarizine
cyclizine
promethazine

Dopamine antagonists
metoclopramide
domperidone
droperidol (withdrawn 2001)
haloperidol

Cannabinoid
nabilone

Corticosteroid
dexamethasone

Histamine analogue
betahistine

5HT3-receptor antagonist
granisetron
ondansetron

If the Fox vomits on an anti-nauseant, then the Fox should throw in the towel (and the mop) and rent himself out to pranksters. Vomiting on key politicians on camera could bring in some good money. Advertise.
