Netherlands - Cannabis candy in Netherland

A SWIM's friend advice him to go in a coffeeshop in Amsterdam which was used to make cannabis chocolate candy.
But the guy in the coffeeshop tell him that is not allowed anymore...

Does anybody know whatt is exactly the law regarding the cannabis in netherland ?

It is tolerated, though remains technically illegal. Making it into a candy form and offering this in a public place clearly sends the wrong message. Like the idiots who put psychedelic mushrooms into chocolate bars, and proceeded to smuggle them. Can't you see the hysterical headlines now? It happened.

In a way your right cosmiculer but your wont be arrested for having a small amount on you. Swim used to get space truffels from a town up north of the Nederlands, when he was 13 and they didn't dont do anything untill 2 hours later.. one of his friends ended up in hospital after taking two. His friend was the same age, but still.

as fas as swim knows people can still buy hash and weed lolies in some smart-shops
and some coffeeshops still sell hash and weed brownies/muffins

Your question is a bit confusing. Coffeeshops may sell space-cake and hashish-chocolates. Since cannabis is illegal in the Netherlands, but the government may turn a blind eye, they may also choose to disallow space-cake and hashish-chocolates. Some areas disallow these, because the effect is way stronger than smoked cannabis and space-cake and hashish-chocolates can therefore be called hard drugs.

However, the cannabis flavoured lollies and candy does not have anything psychoactive in there. There is no weed in there. Just cannabis seed oil.
