The Pod "Bong"

For those of you familiar with Ween's 1991 album The Pod, you know the classic cover. And if you know the cover you know the mask. Well after having read about it I have found that it is not, as commonly believed, a scotchguard inhalation device, but something else entirely. I guess the basic idea is that it uses nitrous oxide to send THC directly to the brain and leave somebody intoxicated for long time. Does anybody know how to make it or a similar device?
