My favorite is 12mg. xanax , 50mg. of methadone and a bowl every half hour.Repeat as needed.

Damn there are some pill bandits in here. 12mg xanax? Thats quite a bit there man, that sounds dangerous. This thread seems like a bunch of dick sizing......dont get any bad ideas.

Opiates + benzos + alcohol CAN be done safely but some of you are going a bit overboard. Just be careful.

2-4mg alprazolam + a few beers

10-20mg diazepam + a few beers

20-60mg oxycodone + very few beers or a few beers, depending on how much oxycodone.

20mg hydrocodone + 2mg xanax

SWIM doesnt want to combine too many drugs at one time because then shit gets dangerous. Keep safe.


edit.....marijuana can effectively be added to any of those mixes.....smoke weed every day.

Yeah, I agree with Raven, a lot of these seem to be incredibly dangerous.
Swim has had many nights where he has completely blacked out after mixing opiates, benzos, and alcohol. Probably very lucky that he woke up from a few of them.

But I suppose that if you must feel compelled to attempt these combinations, start with very small dosages. Mixing benzos with alcohol leaves one with very little to no memory of the night, and absolutely no inhibition, so be sure to have a responsible party to make sure you don't do something stupid like run over a few schoolkids.

Benzos and opiates can feel like absolute bliss, but mixing two cns depressants greatly increases risk of respiratory failure.

Swim used to mix opiates and alcohol often, which was a strange combination. The alcohol definately seemed to add to warmth of the opiates, but the opiates made Swim feel like he couldn't really get drunk. That is, until he drank enough to where his friends informed him that he couldn't even stand up, and hit his head on a concrete floor.

So yeah, sorry to sound like a parental figure, but please be very careful with these.

hey everyone.....swim here is a very light recreational drug user. He wants to enjoy what he can with little to no risk of injury or long terms effects. Swim just finished a grueling week of midterms so he smoked some pot then took some tramadol (150mg). He'd done this viceversa before but was really tired at the time and just passed out, but this time he stayede awake (mostly) and enjoyed great effects. Not a single unhappy thought could go through his mind. So guys, without alcohol, is the above combo relatively safe?

Tramadol and cannabis is unlikely to cause any harm physiologically speaking. Just don't let SWIM drive or operate machinery as his/her reaction time may be slowed. Cannabis has never been shown to cause any harm to people directly. But some people do have negative psychological effects from it such as panic reactions. These are pretty rare though.

Tramadol can cause psychological and physical addiction on prolonged use. Use the Search Engine for further information of this.

The main danger is getting caught and thrown in jail.
