UK - Increase in Police/dogs in stations?

Hi guys,

I might be sounding slightly paranoid here but does anyone else feel more of a presence in police and dogs in UK stations recently?

I know there seems to be a bit of an attack on knife crime recently (which I think is good so long as people aren't being harrassed) but I have noticed more police and dogs in stations especially when going out on weekends.

Is this something the new mayor has brought on?

All I know is SWIM feel's nervous around them whether he has something to be nervous about or not.
SWIM has also knows of police turning up to search ravers outside 'drug clubs' at closing time at 9am..

Surely the police have more are more useful preventing dangerous crime than arresting young fun lovers who like to dabble in harmless recreational drugs?

If it stops them from getting drunk and aggressive then surely all the more reason to pay less attention?
