swim is from the uk and has no pill availability atm, although swim's second dealer can get "pure mdma" off his "cousin"
what swim wants to know is what kind of purity is swim likely to get? is he likely to pay for a gram of self-raising and get no mdma at all or what?
swim is willing to try it, although is extremely worried about getting ripped off.
is there any lab rats out there in the uk that have experience with pure mdma, and what kind of deals did these rodents get?

Can't really talk about pricing in here but in general the stuff my friend had from the UK seemed quite good.
He mentioned he'd had everything ranging from white powder to brown crystals but usually good quality, definitely ripped off FAR less than dodgy pills, and better experience.

By and large though expect it to be more costly than your average night out on pills, depends on location in the UK.

Swim is aware of his price. It was what swim expected and swim thinks that it's the average-going price in the UK, that's not the issue tho. Swims worry is what he is going to get, as it's from his dealer's "cousin".

If your unsure of quality my best recommendation would be a testing kit, they don't cost much but if he is confident he should let you test it before you pay.
Failing that you could take a teeny dab onto the tongue, if its pure MDMA it should taste really bitter and like arse.
Generally it smells like liquirish/chemical smell, but this is not a definite to go buy at all.

When your friend purchased some, was it from a reliable source? Did he pick up off him much? Were\are they good friends?
Swim' source is ok with him, never really fucked him around, decent prices and good deals on his coke, it's just that swim was really pushing him to try and get him some pills, which mighta pissed him off, which is what is giving swim the doubts i think.

Not so much good friends, more an associate. Normally he would pick up around a club night, where there are plenty of people around to contact, because everyones in the club for a good night, the quality tends to be quite good.

You could also wait until near the end of the night, see who looks the most loved up and ask who they bought from, think of it as the slightly more corrupt version of pillreports.

Since you seem to know the source quite well it seems unlikely he would rip you off even if you miffed him a bit, maybe just buy a small ammount and try it before buying a big ammount. Start at say half a gram/a gram. If you get ripped off, its not a massive ammount of money.

fuck it, swim will give it a blast. if he's been willing to spend hundereds on coke in his past, he may as well risk spending his money on something which may end up doing nothing...much like coke anyhow

Get swiY's self a marquis reagent test (or make one herself.) All it is swiM believes is a stoichiometric (certain ratio) mixture of paraformaldehyde (formalin) and sulfuric acid (used as drain cleaner). When added to a small amount of the powder in question it will or won't change color depending on what it is.

If swiY is lucky enough to get good purity, MDMA powder from what swiM has seen in pics on the net is white and fluffy. It has the bitter 'synthetic aspirin' taste that many experienced rollers can recognize just by putting a bomb on their tongue, usually. Also, although basically odorless some bees claim to smell a very faint hint of root beer or other spices - likely from tiny tiny impurities remaining from the original reagents but that depends too on the purity.

And swiM thinks it is nothing like coke...she doesn't rly like coke.

My friend has bought MDMA on quite a few occasions and has always got good stuff, although this was admittedly from the same dealer each time. Have a look at it first before you pay for it, if it's in nice chunky crystals (usually brownish/sandy colour) then it's unlikely to be cut with anything. I would be more suspicious about it if it's just a bag of powder, which could be of any purity. The main thing though is to get it from a reliable seller, not some random bloke on the street/in a club, because they WILL rip you off.

MDMA Bongo has seen is an almost white crystalline powder - just a hint of yellow. And a mild odor of sassafras. If SWIM finds real, pure MDMA - that is what SWIM would want. Stock up, SWIM. And have SWIM measure carefully. 120 - 140mg. Then 40 - 60mg an hour later. No more. It's not cocaine and should not be treated as such. Treat with the utmost respect and the favor will be returned.

SWIM's dealer is pretty good at ensuring quality, he refuses to sell bad quality and refused to sell pills to SWIM as the dealer hadn't had any decent ones for over 3 months now.

SWIM picked up some MDMA powder instead, £10 per 1g. The MDMA powder consisted mainly of large crystal chucks with a kind of sandy colour. SWIM has been taking MDMA (Powder and pills) for years and split the powder into 4 (0.25g) bombs. An hour after downing a single bomb SWIM was having the time of his life. For SWIM the cost of MDMA powder is actually cheaper/similiar to pills.
