Should SWIM be concerned?

Swim did CWE on 40 tylenol 1's last night with about 80ml - 120ml cold water, actually filtered it once with a shirt and 2 or 3 times with coffee filter, came out very clear.

Swim can never fall asleep after codeine maybe due to the high caffeine maybe something else.

Anyway, swim finally fell asleep at 4am got up at 11 the next day, and then took a nap from 12pm to 4pm.

Swim feels very lethargic with a kindof internal shaking inside, swim has gotten sweaty a few times.

Should swim be concerned? Could this be a apap od?

What could this be?

Re: Should SWIM be concerned?

Sounds to me like it would be the caffeine.

Quote:
Symptoms of paracetamol overdosage in the first 24 hours are pallor, nausea, vomiting, anorexia and abdominal pain.
I had a good idea paracetamol overdose involved a lot of nausea and sickness as well as bad abdominal pain that i heard described many years ago by someone who attempted overdose by paracetamol.

If the extraction was done properly, and it sounds like it was then i can't imagine it being due to paracetamol overdose especially when the caffeine can explain the symptoms.

I decided to check the solubility of paracetamol and it is 0.1-0.5 g/100 mL at 22°C, so unless i got the wrong end of the stick then there can be no more than 0.5g dissolved in 100ml of water at 22°C, if the water is completely clear and didn't go above 22°C then it should be fine. That said, i have a tendency to overlook glaringly obvious details, so i can't say it's 100% correct.
