Methamphetamine + Methadone
Excellent combo in swims opinion. He felt intense euphoria for about 8 hours straight and felt all the good sides of methadone but none of the downsides like nodding. Swim also drank a liter of vodka like it was water but woke up the next morning without a hangover. On top of that swim slept like a baby probably due to the methadone + alcohol.
The one side effect was swim got terrible cotton mouth. He kept having to run to the kitchen to get a drink of water because his mouth and throat were so dry he couldn't even talk.
