Drug info - Is Old GBL Safe????

I would really appreciate any feedback possible on this as my health and safety are my #1 concern.

I have always wanted to try GHB as I hear it has positive effects on sleep as well as a fat burner for bodybuilding. I know that it hasnt been around on the party scence for quite some time now.

I came across an individual who has a bottle of "GBL" but he says that it has been sitting around for about 6 years. From what I understand, this is the main ingredient in the synthesis of GHB.

Does the GBL has a shelf life or ever go bad after a period of time??? He claims it doesnt, but that is what i would expect to hear him say. If there is anyone on this forum that has factual info as to shelf life and safety of the GBL, your knowledge would be greatly appreciated. From what I have read about this substance, its not something to mess with for many reasons. So, if I make the decision to try something like this, I just want to be sure that I am being as cautious as possible.

There's no reason to believe that GBL would "go bad" as long as it has been stored in the right kind of container.

BTW I am sure that you didn't actually mean to post that you were thinking of making GHB from GBL because that would be illegal. Please read the rules regarding self-incrimination.

For informational purposes only, GBL is a clear liquid that has a smell best described as akin to that of a warm vinyl hose on a summer day.

thank you for the info! and your are correct in assuming that i am not in possession, nor will i make ghb. I have no idea how to do it, and really do not have any desire to learn. just wanted to make sure that a sample of someone elses finished product wouldnt make me sick based off of the gbl sitting around too long. thx

No it it will not go bad swim has done some old stuff that a friend had and swim said it was fine,,, any ways swiy will be ok if they do it.

no worries venom , by the way swiy have fun busting ML's, swim is getting his gbl soon so he will be doing the same.
