UK - Gang arrested... chances of me being approached by the Police?

Last week SWIMs dealer(the dealer used to deal mainly from his minions and rarely dealt with cash or had anything on him... thus the 'gang') were arrested at a location. They used this location often and in SWIMs opinion the fact that most days there were 30 something people waiting for him/his people made it rather conspicous... the location was on by a river that only a few people out walking ever went by. SWIM should mention this dealer sold Crack(white) and Heroin(brown)

SWIM thinks that they had been watching goings on for a while and just choose this time to do the 'raid' as for the cops they had lots of peple therefore lots of evidence(drugs, cash, witnesses who some would exchange testimony for lesser or no charges).

SWIM found out when SWIM tried to phone dealer, phone was out of service(NEVER happened... SWIM knew what must of happened)... SWIM went to investigate and surely enough all places were this dealer did business were empty.

Luckily for SWIM he met someone in same position and he was able to use this someone's dealer(paranoid and despite me having several refences still won't trust SWIM meaning having to buy through friends who are'nt always reliable... all other dealer's SWIM knows are out of business).

Besides having to find another decent dealer, SWIM is worried that the Police may approach SWIM or SWIM who is not known to the local cops may be... well 'known'. As SWIM says it is likly they have been gathering evidence for some time in the form of photos, filming perhaps... if anyone else has been in this position or has any advice let me know.

BTW the Police were still at(well near) one of the scenes about 200 yards away on a motorway bridge either with a speed camera or...

Sucks that this guy was taken down, he was a damn good dealer in other respects(other than his choice of locations and having alots of people at the same place). Certainly a result for the Thames Valley Police SWIMs afraid to say.
