Tramadol first use and dosage?

Hi everyone!
SWIM has used the search function but couldn't find anything related.
So SWIM has been prescribed some Tramacet (37.5mg Tramadol / 325mg Apap) and he was wondering how much would be a good starting dose for him.
He's already tried Percocet (Oxycodone+Apap) aswell as many experiments using Codeine. He loved all of his experiments with opiates.

Also SWIM was wondering if a CWE could be done with Tramadol like with Oxycodone and Codeine?
