MDMA + Tramadol
Hello all,

SWIM would like to know if it is (un)safe, to take E, after having taken 400mg of T 12 hours before.


Quick answer would be very welcome,

Tramadol is a SSRI and will likely dampen the effects of MDMA down to that of an uncomfortable, agitating speed-high. Hence such a combination should be avoided. It takes about a week for the SSRI effects to clear from Tramadol.

So SWIM should wait 1 week, when again taking E.

Hoeverver, SWIM is also intersted, if it is possible to die or have a seisuire in such combination.

Well, tramadol lowers seizure threshold, and swim thinks, but is not sure, that MDMA has some effect on this as well. Swim thinks this is a combo which should generally be avoided.

It's not a horse-race. It's neuro-pharmacology. The best advice to SWIM - be it to avoid seizures or unpleasant reactions - is to wait at least a week.
