Other - Heroin flood coming up around the globe?

I see the latest drug news daily and recently I am seeing a large number of heroin and heroin precursor confiscations by customs in Europe, some Asian countries and the US. This may be coincidence, but it seems like there is a flood of heroin coming up.

Swim thinks this may indeed be true.This year swim has seen a MAJOR flood of heroin in his area.Whereas swim would once have to travel about an hour and thirty minutes for good heroin it is now right in his neighborhood.

There is surely a correlation between this and our wars abroad. The gov sure isn't winning any battles over in Afghanistan, but I'm sure the CIA is getting theirs.

Swim has seen a influx of higher grade china white heroin in his area. where previoulsy only mexican tar existed there is now an abundance of china White. Swim belives the boom in the heroin industry is due to the invasion of afghanistan and the destrucion of the taliban. This allowed more poppy harvest and this would perfectly corrrespond witj the 2002 boom since troops went in during 2001.

If there is a flood of heroin then if anything, it should come down in price. Seizures are almost a kind of tax for big drug dealers, it's expected, but i would of thought for every seizure there is a LOT more that got through.

Sure the price will drop. And what could be better for an un-popular regime in power than cheap dope? Take angry, disenfranchised people - who can't hope for a better job than serving french-fries to the masses, who find their schools closing and their kid's medical care vanishing, their car to expensive to drive, who are blocked from voting because they are the "wrong color" - and shoot 'em all up with cheap narcotics?

Then you can arrest them and get rich putting 'em in jails. It's the American Dream!

swim has had black tar heroin for the 1st time swim's ever seen in the high school. swim hasn't been around forever but knows heroin is a rarity for where he lives. obviously because hydro/oxycodone (which are the main pain killers readily availible) are way to damn expensive. swim can't blame kids for wanting a cheaper, better high. swim's guilty of it himself.

My neighbors dog said dope around the neighborhood has gone down per bundle and is easily 1.5, sometimes 2, times stronger than in the past. He's a dog though, what does he know.

If there is a flood coming up then it's needed because in my fiends area he can't seem to get anything, he has pretty much always had one source or another but now he just doesn't at all.

In Slough it has been a bit better recently... not much but a bit.

SWIM lives in Birmingham u.k and its the second city. round here is a huge afghan population and the prices on the streets for it are the cheapest in all of europe. Many of my putan(afghan) friends tell SWIM that the taliban now know that it makes tremendous money and it poisons the west. The usual police analysis on the strength of drugs seized in birmingham this year is between 65% and 88% pure.

It is serious business over here but nobody buys it over here withiut crack cocaine. There is NO meth out here though.

Heh intresting, SWIM lives in Slough which has a pretty big Asian population but still the drought affects us.

SWIM is intrested that 1g there costs so little but advises you edit the post to take out prices as there is a 'no price' policy on these forums. At this time in Slough you'd usually pay just less than that for a 0.4 and at this time be lucky to get a proper 0.2 for that.

Maybe SWIM should visit B'ham, it's pretty near to SWIM.

Price discussion is not allowed. But shit that's crazy. SWIM wishes it was that cheap and pure here lol. Although tweak is very common around here...and yay is making a comeback.
