Making The Change

tired of the denial of politicians to give into the recommendations of expertises like it's the case with MJ, heroin, shrooms, for the sake of publicity?

How could we do a change, what's been tried and what failed and what're our strengths/weaknesses and where're those of the system, reigning above our heads?

tried:alternative cultural approach in the late 60'ies and the 80'ies, peacful but revolting, 80'ies peaceful and adapted to the system.

failed because/fought by: Stringent drug-laws, constant police persence at parties, sometimes police violence at sessions/demosntrations, disselection of cultural supportes in the eductional system, media hate-mongering with mobilizing the mob, scarening rounding-up the kids in families, spreading lies by "scientific" expertises of the cultures' drugs used; not proven: spreading of laced drugs, effecting deadly fatalities.

Violence/guerilla: failed because, ...

Strenghts of the system: holds the weapons, executives and laws and influences the media, has econmocial power and lobby.

Weaknesses of the system: It has to stick to its laws, execute them, no matter how long it takes or change them and justify all this in open trials and before the media and make it accessible to the public in governmental hearings/discussions.

I.Its economics is the part which counts most, so it's vulnerable there.Workers are precius and human resources in any way.

II. Denunciation and the duty to go after any information, gained by witnesses of a crime or keeping the rights of the people, having the duty to protect them, when these rights are being violated or at risk.

tried:Mj offenders were planning to sue themelsves.

Effect: worked, though it was not a full-blown success, most of todays liberty gained is due to that action and the feared collaps of the system of justice by the flood of the commited "crimes".

Situation: Media an politics is trying to bring this gained liberty down, youth is used in the media, some of them, who're admitting to having problems are getting their 15min. of fame, psychiatrists are shown on TV, claiming the dangers of MJ only, but are not refering to controlling them, by legalization.

All drugs are being demonized again and pressure is being put upon users and distributors, the youth is the vivctim of newly rising fascist propaganda again.Still massive police presence at techno-parties and at week-ends in big cities and massive controls.

So a tactic might be, to try again sueing and maybe in combination with "suicide" denunciations of chosen victims to the police, among users who know themselves, of course.

those should be willing to admit using drugs as an must for ther survival, liek pain patients, not getting opiates, junkies restitant to treatments, or the like, or just your enemy, wether usisng or not.

trials executed on pain-victims were detrimental to the image of the system of justice and media should get a bite off of it.

Demonstrations against prohibition and for the selfdetermination of people., laying open the death toll of opiate-prohibition and that of cut drugs and the dangers of not controlling drugs by a free market.
Freedom of wisom and a righ to apply that wisdom by everyone, freedom of speech (europe), so telling the truth abouth drugs is allowed again, as such, positive effects of illegal drugs.Refering to a free constituion, the right of an own opinion and execution of any free societies's principle of letting the criminals go, over making laws affect the avarage people.

will work on this later, I#m too tired now..
