Dose - San Pedro cutting

Hi guys new here hope you're all doing ok.

A friend of mine has aquired a San pedro cutting of about 800g, neither of us have any idea about mescaline content in this cacti but it's called Trichocereus Pachanoi, how much of this thing is a good idea to consume, is it better to make a tea or something like with it? we both fully understand that this cacti should be respected for what it can do to a person.
