Disclosure of Logbook Information
I am writing a novel about a mastermind renegade who is one step ahead and I am hoping someone can help make the content believable.
We all know that stores selling pseudoephedrine are required to keep log books and not sell to any one individual within a 30 day period. These log books, as far as I understand, are to be kept for a two year period and be readily available for inspection. Does anyone have information on how this information is reported and if it is all updated to a national database? Would my charicter be raise red flags, or be safe by buying pseudoephedrine from various states and web vendors?
