Diphenhydramine and rapid heartbeat

SWIM has been taking diph for about a month or two..SWIM dont really take much 200-250mg is enough for SWIM to feel good..But within the last week or two SWIM have been taking 150-250 nightly. About 30 mins ago SWIM took 200mg and feels her heart is going pretty fast abot 110 a minute..SWIM doesnt feel outta breath or anything..so what kind of heart or general damage can this sort of use cause...and should SWIM be seriously worried about the rapid heartbeat.
