Are liquid extracts any good, I am mainly refeering to blue lotus,
damiana, yohimbe, nutmeg extracts. They are all decently priced and supposedly the most potent, but do they do the job when compared to actual leaves/bark? |

I used the nutmeg extract. Very powerful. WHe i was first experimenting with it, 4 droppers did not do anything, but 5 droppers was too much, made me real sick. So you have to know that each liquid extract has different potencies than the others. |
