How many OZ of water, How many mg of B-1/2, what to do about specific gravity?

I snorted cocaine on July 4th. I have a probation drug test on July 7th.

How many OZs of water do I drink? 60+?
How many mgs of Vitamin b2 should I take? 500?
What can I do to alter the specific gravity, and the creatinin?
