SWIM's friend was almost caught going into a UK festival (Global) with skunk and MDMA in his sock. There were sniffer dogs and one of them was approaching the friend, unfortunately for SWIM (but lucky for his friend) the dog then turned and marked SWIM. SWIM then had to go and have an awkward strip-search and explain why his anti-histamine (motion sickness pills) were in his sock. Luckily he had no drugs on him and its better the dog got him rather than the friend but it was still nasty.

Another time SWIM and 4 friends were sitting in a friends car waiting for this girl to get home so they could take MDMA. They had like 5 1/2 gram wraps of MDMA in the car and had the light on inside the car and a wrap opened up which everyone was looking at as one of SWIM's impatient friends decided he was going to do some there and then. Just as he was going to do a dab, a police car drove past and everyone began freaking out - "did they see?". They watched the car go to the end of the road and then realised it was turning around. 2 of SWIM's friends ran for it (taking the MDMA he was about to do with him) while SWIM, the driver and another guy all sat there shitting themselves. The officer asked why their friends ran and said they were looking for some black guy. SWIM and his freinds each reacted to the pressure in different ways. The driver (not the smartest guy) lost his head and became obviously stressed - "Why did your friends run?" "I don't know". SWIM became ultra helpful in an attempt to overcompensate for his fear.. "Oh right so if we see him shall we call 999 or something?" While the other guy was just unable to speak and shaking in the back. All of this made them look really suspicious and then they were told to get out of the car while the police searched it.

They patted SWIM and co down and luckily didn't find the weed SWIM's friend had in his sock. As SWIM is naturally quite paranoid and knew having these 1/2 gram wraps might look like intent to supply, SWIM hid them in the glovecompartment inside a CD case (quite an obvious place but he never imagined the car would get searched). The policewoman did a really really detailed search on the right hand side of the car where the driver had been as she thought she'd seen him fidgeting with something, because of this she didn't really check where SWIM had hidden the MD and they were all extremely lucky.

The 3 then waited for the police to go and felt soo releived. This releif was short lived though as soon enough the police were back. They all thought "Oh shit not again", but the cop just said something SWIM can't remember and went. Maybe they were coming back to see if the guys that ran had returned but they hadn't. Anyway this was enough for the driver and he sped off to someone elses house and was really pissed off with the guys that ran who met them at the other house and were then demanding the driver take them back to where the cops were so they could retreived the drugs they'd hidden in some bushes.

SWIM got caught in the early 90's with 20 and got 3 years for the trouble as it was seen as intent to supply. And to top it off they were really good too as the test the Home Office (or some lab in England) proved, no nasties just pure MDMA or 3-4 methylenedioxmethlamphetemine

One time, during the summer of 2007, SWIM and his friend were driving back from Chicago to there town in the suburbs. They had just picked up 150 pills, 100 Pink Transformers(possibly the best pill SWIM has had) and 50 Red Biohazards. They were polled over driving down the highway. SWIM was driving and they pulled him out, who had 50pills nutted, but they didnt find them or search his friend, so luckily they didnt end up in jail.

SwiM's party loving friend once was rolling at a party that her friend was hosting...lots of alcyhol and pot there and a few mdma's goin around. Well, the party apparently was too loud and the cops were called, making anybody who could, leave. All the people that left had their names taken down.

SwiM's friend was on one of those and, naturally, chewing on gum at the time to prevent jaw clenching. The cop, upon asking her name, then proceeded to ask her "So who has all the gum huh?" Someone behind her said "Everyone does, man" and the cop replied "You know it doesn't cover up the smell of the booze, right?"

She smiled, nodded, and walked off Closest she's ever been to being caught.

I posted this in another thread, but I'll add it here too.

One day my little fishy went back to his friend G's house with G's half brother C and another friend A. Little fishy and A and just picked up 2 bags of real high quality MDA and MDMA pills. They intended to have a good session at G's before his father came home, who really doesn't like any of his sons friends. They all dropped the MDMA pills but little fishy and A also dropped an MDA pill.

Pretty soon after G's dad arrived home unexpectedly, usually they would just climb out the window and sneak off, but they didn't want to be out on the cold streets with no music whilst pilling. G instructed little fishy, A and C to hide under the bed why he went to talk to his dad and sort things out. They all hid, but as you can imagine 3 lads under the bed in the dark is going to get silly. They all started stroking/touching each other etc.. and blaming it the other person, this lead to a lot of laughter and his our friends father working out we was all there.

G and his father started arguing quite badly and there was a loud bang, G's half brother C ran down the stairs to find him kicking his father on the floor, C then hit his brother so hard in the face it knocked him unconscious, his sovereign ring completely ripping through the skin of the line between the nose and lip.

Little fishy and A run down the stairs to find the father phoning the ambulance (and by proxy the police) and his son lying on the floor in a huge pool of blood. Little fishy spoke to his sister on the phone and she said it's fine for him and A to stay at hers, we booked a taxi. Paramedics arrived first and G started to come round, he had no idea what had happened and at the exact same time he was obviously starting to come up on the pills. It looked really freaky!!

The taxi turned up and just as little fishy and A were about to get in it so did the police, they wouldn't let us leave without questioning. This was really difficult because they were having the most intense MDA and MDMA come up ever at this point and knew they must have looked absolutely fucked! Not to mention the quantity of drugs they had in their possession. All we told the police was fake names and addresses and that it was a family domestic dispute. It felt like it took half hour but in reality it must have been 3 minutes tops. Talking to the police on that intense come up with pupils the size of saucers is more difficult that one would think, trying to think on your feet and give a fake name and address was quite an achievement. Eventually they got in their taxi and left...

G ended up in a hospital miles out of town and was told he may need plastic surgery. No-one knows what happened to C that night, he turned up at 7am after going on a bender. Little fishy and A went to fishys sisters and had an amazing time. Little fishy had the second best experience of his life and enjoyed rolling around on his sisters floor in a duvet for hour after hour and barely remembers communicating with anyone during this time. It just felt so damn nice!

many years ago smurf was selling pills in a club with out consent from the owner & got caught in the cubicle too & was held up by the throat against the wall as the co owner pulled a bag of them out smurfs pocket.

Swim had two interesting encounters but Swim felt confidently safe in both of them. One was at Armin concert where Swim saw a dude holding his ear in the beginning and knew he was a cop. Later Swim and his Fishy were rolling blatantly obvious, glow sticks, water bottles, sweating, pretty damn obvious. He comes up to swim asking for pills and in unison swim and fish say NO. Later they are smoking in the bathroom with like 5-6 other dudes and he shows up again asking for pills. So swim looks him straight in the face, pupils bigger then the moon and say "I read on this federal site that ecstasy causes holes in your brain, you wouldn't want to have holes in your brain right? Cause that would be f@cked up." So he is still sticking to his cover "no man, i need some pills" and Swim is like "man, drugs are bad for you, you want a cigarette instead, government says those are okey". The other 5-6 guys standing in the circle started cracking up and then immediately bounced somewhere. The cop couldn't help but smile and then he is like "okey man, go enjoy the party, you did good".

Another time Swim was on acid with three of his fishes, it was just hitting hardcore and they were in the park. Swim and his fish separated from the other two but then found them being searched by two hot female cops (I know, lucky bastards). They decided on purpose to go talk to them and see if the cops notice anything. Now that Swim look back at it, that was such a terrible idea but he can't help but try to mess with the law. They didn't notice anything, tried to pull "do you know what we found in your fishes bag?" trick. So Swim looks at her and says "there is no bag, its a police tactic they teach you at the academy".

Swim wanted to ask one of the cop chicks of her numbers too but thought that might cause some trouble. Only on acid can you get searched by hot police chicks.

SWIM has never been caught, but SWIM's friend got caught by his parents a little while ago. SWIM and his friends P and N were at P's house one night in his garage/hang-out at the bottom of the garden, chilling out listening to some choons. All off their trolley on MDMA. By the time they went back into the house to get some sleep, P's dad was getting up for work in the morning. He needed to speak to P about leaving the back door unlocked or something, all while P was still nicely gurning his face off. SWIM and N managed to stay in the spare room and pretend to be asleep, while P went to speak to his dad, who of course knew something was up. P's parents were most certainly not happy about that one (they had no idea he did drugs or anything 'bad' at all).

Thankfully P is a very good mate and covered for SWIM and N, saying that we were just looking after him and didn't do any MDMA, which saved our parents being told about the whole thing

swim was sitting in smokers area last night, (yes shitty uk rules mean we have to smoke outside.) and a scottish guy obviously fucked out his nut came over and started to flaunt his mdma in front of swim and two other guys. bouncers caught on to him straight off and swim panicked and attemtempted to throw away three remaining e's. swim was caught and lead to the search room along with scottish man. swim and the man were both searched and although he had valium, speed and a gram of mdma on him he was allowed back into the club. swim on the other hand was sent out, cashless and rolling hard to walk alongside the river thames at 4.30am.
however swim went on to meet two other guys who had also been kicked out and was given two free bombs of high quality mdma

swim use to sell mdma in halls at uni until sum nasty girlies found out about it.... and snitched lil buggers! it was a 10am raid on swims room ahhhhhh! luckley to was monday morning after the weekend so wateva swim had was gone by the end of the weekend but they still found sum used wraps and my scales my money was hidden in a friends place thankgod anyway to cut a long story short swim got away with a 2 year caution and swim also had to move into town because swim got kicked out of halls which was better anyway because swims halls was like being on big brother there were so many cameras it was stupid they must of been rubbish anyway cus even tho swim was banned from halls swim still went there and partyed all the time when swim was drunk.. lmao....

SWIM was in Slinky at Bournemouth in 1998. SWIM had a habit of walking around alot when on pills and sometimes getting money out the cashpoint outside. SWIM got stopped coming back in once with a pill in his pocket- rushing his tits off. The doorman checked his pockets and whispered to his partner 'hes got a pill' but they said nothing and let me in. i was so chuffed and felt infallable.... close cigar

She noticed cops in the club arresting one of the kids. She figured he had been rowdy of got caught dealing. About that time the lights went up the music stoped an the club filled up with cops screaming "everyone on the floor" SWIM was ushered over to the wall and placed in plastic zip tie cuffs. She was sweating bullets because she could see them seaching the others as they made thier way over to her. One of her new club friends and the cops got into a row and the cops started beating him up. While everyone was watching them she slipped her hand in to her jeans pocket and shoved the pills under the couch next to her. Every one was searched and had thier ID run before they were released. SWIM was cuffed for two hours they weren't allowed to speak or use the bathroom. SWIM almost chewed her lip bloody. You could see the others that were handcuffed moving thier feet or rocking to the MDMA music channel only they could hear. SWIM and her crew escaped but they no longer do thier thing in public.

that sounds off the wall it has everything badass cops! a lucky escape! and a lesson learnt! thank god it's never happened to swim or has swim eva heard of this happening in uk clubs touch wood! uk clubs mainly just have bent bouncers who will take your durgs for them selfs in 1 of swims old houses swim & co had an after party and one of the bouncers from earler turned up with a fine gurn on we just had to turn him away because sum1 said he was a bent 1 so we told him to go home and gurn on his own lol...

The club scene localy had gotten some what out of hand it was only a matter of time. The SWAT team was there they put up fences around the outside it was crazy but lesson learned. Heres the article out of the local paper

*Federal and local agents arrived in a limousine to raid a downtown Tampa after-hours club early Sunday morning, arresting the same owner police have put out of business twice before.

Elias Edward "Lou" Abusaid, remained in jail without bail Sunday evening, charged with a federal statute for maintaining a drug-involved premises. He will go before a federal judge this morning.

The Drug Enforcement Administration and Tampa police said they arrested about 24 people for possession and sale of MDMA, commonly known as Ecstasy, inside Abusaid's club, AV-02 at 1202 N Franklin St.

Agents wouldn't give any names Sunday, saying they plan to release more information today once those arrested have gone before federal and state judges.

"(Abusaid) operated knowing the sale of drugs was a continuing and constant thing," DEA Special Agent Joe Kilmer said during an 8 a.m. news conference Sunday outside Tampa police headquarters.

Kilmer said federal and local undercover agents spent a year investigating AV-02. Officers would go into the club and buy Ecstasy pills from patrons and employees, he said. About 50 patrons were in the club Sunday during the 4 a.m. raid.

"After just a few minutes, (undercover agents) would walk out on dozens of occasions" without having any problems buying drugs, said Kilmer.

Tampa police spokeswoman Laura McElroy said Abusaid managed to avoid city ordinances against rave clubs by not charging a cover fee. Abusaid didn't sell food or alcohol, Kilmer said, but he made money by selling bottled water inside the club and charging $15 to enter the VIP room, where agents said most of the drug dealing occurred. The club opens its doors at 2 a.m. Anyone 18 and older is admitted.

Hillsborough property records show that Joe Redner owns the property where Abusaid operates his club. Redner owns a string of strip clubs throughout Tampa and is campaigning to become a Hillsborough County commissioner.

While the bulk of the charges deal with Ecstasy, Kilmer said agents have found cocaine and LSD at AV-02. He wouldn't go into details about Abusaid's charges or his past run-ins with the law.

"I think if you'll attend the court hearing tomorrow, you'll learn a few things," he said Sunday.

In August 2000, police raided another club that Abusaid operated on Franklin Street called the Franklin Stock Exchange. Police charged him with operating a dance hall without a permit.

In June 2000, Abusaid was evicted from his AV-02 when he operated the club on Gunn Highway in Carrollwood. Sheriff's deputies said he was running an illegal rave and deputies raided the club, making dozens of arrests.

In the past, Abusaid has maintained that he never needed a dance hall permit and denied operating rave clubs. He called them licensed private parties for his business associates.

Jail records show that Abusaid has been arrested at least seven times in Hillsborough since 2000. His other charges include maintaining a place where alcohol is sold illegally and operating a bottle club without a license.

McElroy said she anticipates Abusaid might be out of jail soon on bail, and his club might be opened again Saturday.

"We're just hoping that no one's in the mood to go dancing there after our raid this weekend," McElroy said.

If convicted on charges from Sunday's raid, Abusaid could face up to 20 years in prison.

Monkey was at an outdoor music festival in the Carolinas years ago. He had 1/4 oz of bubble hash in his right pocket, a bottle of oxys and various other pharm pills in his left and 30 caps of molly crotched. He and his friend were arrested on a bullshit alcohol charge (providing alcohol to a minor, even though the "minor" was 23, he just had no ID). Luckily the cop only had one set of cuffs so he cuffed Monkey to his friend. The cop turned to tell the crowd to disperse, at which point monkey managed to toss his pharms and hash off into the woods, but the two were still taken in on the alcohol charge.

Monkey was sweating bullets about the distribution amount of MDMA in his crotch, and upon arriving at the station immediately requested the bathroom, said he was really drunk and couldn't wait. Amazingly the cops closed the door and let him piss in private, he ate 4 mollys and flushed the rest, and bailed himself and his friend out on the alcohol charge within an hour.

When he returned to the festival a female friend of his ran up to Monkey and gave him the bottle of oxys and other pills he had tossed, so he was able to earn back his bail money. The hash and 26 mollies were gone forever, but Monkey avoided years in prison by pure dumb luck.
