Combinations - Best herbs to combine with kratom.

Quite a few similar threads already, but SWIM was wondering which other herbs/ethnos can be combined effectively with kratom, to enhance/prolong/improve the general kratom buzz?

Btw, depending on what side of kratom you'd like to express more, would depend on what herb you choose to combine it with.-

For instance, if your fond of the stimulating properties that kratom offers, and would like to enhance it's energetic effect -well then correctly combining kratom with sida cordifolia or ma huang and the like, -will combine quite synergetically proving to be a very stimulating admixture or so I've heard.

Now if you fond of the sedating side of kratom, then combining it with piper methysticum, valerian, erythrina mulungu, and the like, -will greatly enhance it's sedating qualities.

Just do some homework before you start combining various substances, and make certain you understand how each substance will affect you.

In a nutshell, when combining substances always be vigilant in regards to dosing and the way you body may or may not react.

Yeah, SWIM quite likes both sides actually, but is probably more interested in the sedation/relaxant qualities. Any reason why he shouldn't mix it with mild herbal teas like chamomile or peppermint, or indeed the majority of relaxing herbs/ethnos?

Some fresh chamomile and kratom ought to be quite nice. -Passiflora incarnata would be another mild herbal which would combine quite nicely as well, or so swims claims.

As far as peppermint, -that really wouldn't do much as far as overall effect is concerned, except possibly make for a minty aftertaste taste that or relieve one of gas/indigestion.

If swiy is able to get their hands of some blue lilly, they should, since it combines quite lovely with kratom.

AFA Blue lilly/lotus goes how much would SWIY recommend combining with the kratom? Can you just neck the stuff a la kratom. SWIM's never had much luck making lotus tea.
