Effects - Amphtetamine effects on Drug induced Psychosis

Swim suffers from severe mental health problems and can suffer very badly at times with bouts of not wanting to go out, not bathing, shaving or generally taking care of themselves plus swim also hears and sees things that swim is told cannot be there but they are real to swim and the mood swings going from being overlly excited to down right aggressive for no reason and that is not all swims symptoms. Recently over the last few months swim has started to take amphetamines again on a weekend and what swim has found is that they don't seem to suffer from hardly any of there usual symptoms and seems to function quite normally even not getting any sleep which was important for swim doesn't bother swim anymore infact swim has started to look forward to this drug as it gives swim a bit of piece for a few days and swim finds that they don't need there medication as much as they used to. Swim is wondering are there any other fish out there who suffer mental health problems and find that taking this has helped there symptoms and swim knows that self medicating is not good but to have freedom can meen everything even if it is just for a short while.

TBH, SWImickenator, although amphetamines might give some relief in the short run, they are very likely to make things worse in the end. Be careful.

I try to be but swims mental health probs have affected swim for so long that any relief is welcommed that is how swim ended up an opiate addict due to self-medicating plus swim has never liked shrinks as have had some very bad ones so is loathe to seek medical help unless desperate.

SWIMS cat ate a fish called "Cod-head" now CH was a speedfreak, and she used to say the sweaty phetty days were her best. How can a fish sweat? SWIM thinks the fish is deluded, as SWIM has been a fan of speed, and indeed, also experienced psychosis, but wasn't such a fan of that, as you can imagine - hahahaahahhahhahah
Anyway, Cod-head was later to find out that her symptoms were being masked by the speed. CH's dealer turned into an egg-timer, so CH had no choice to withdraw from phet. The depression was bad but Codhead knew about Omega3 oils being a cod, but she didnt know too much about dopeymean and in her deluded state, thought that the comedown was making her dopey and mean. Duh, dopamine, you silly guppy. LOL
Meanwhile the dealer was still standing on his hands alternately, then normally, for three minutes, timing eggs, so still no effing speed for codhead.
The only thing which got Cod head through the depression was a frog, who explained that Dopey-mean, was dopamine, a neurotransmitter, which played a big part in Codheads Amateur Psyhcotics Mal-productions. Radjustment, to correct levels of said neurotransmitter, plus diet rich in supplements condusive to optimum brain chemistry were much needed by Cod Head, frog explained, and this would lead to vastly improved mood and thinking. Eventually Cod Head found she could be arsed. Her environment felt less hostile, and she didnt seem to feel people scheming and plotting around her. She lives on, even though she got ate by a big ginger smelly tomcat. She lives on in the mind of every successfully recovered base-head.
