Whats your reaction?

swim has been smoking weed on a regular basis (2-4 a week) for about 2 years, and every time he gets high, he starts to stutter and slur his words so bad that no one can understand him. my question is why does this happen and does it happen to anyone else? does anyone know how to make this stop? the amount of weed does not matter either let it be one bowl or one gram its the same effect. swim likes to smoke weed and likes all the other effects, expect this one. is there any way he can stop stutter and keep smoking or should he just stop smoking?
