LSD, MDMA and Ketamine Combinations
This is an experience Mike had last day/night involving LSD, Ketamine and MDMA.
Set up: At a friends house, with just his other friend, who was remaining sober (despite repeated attempts from Mike to get him intoxicated ).Mike had recently acquired a single tab from a loose connection, and didn't know how effective it would be. all he could get was a single tab - if he could have got more, he would have. He dropped the acid at 6:30. After about 40 minutes he was feeling very happy, with a huge grin constantly plastered on his face. At this point he decided he wanted to go outside, and spent the next half hour rolling/lying on the grass, looking at the sky and listening to "Divine Moment" by Shpongle (highly reccomended tripping song). The world was beautiful and refreshing, and the trees seemed to be alive. He then spent the next three-ish hours in his friends house, doing various mad things. At about 7 45, he snorted a medium-large line of ketamine, because he felt as if he wanted to get more intoxicated. However, as time wore on the trip got madder, and really the ketamine wouldn't have been necessary. Its difficult for Mike to say exactly what effect the ket had, but the best guess is that it made the trip slightly MORE so, and totally fucked with his sense of time (the trip seemed like it had been going on since morning). At one point his sitter left the room for about ten minutes, and Mike took full advantage by taking most of his garments off and reacting so strongly to the music playing that he collapsed to the floor (very enjoyable, even if it didn't look it). This happened several times - He would tense every single muscle in his body until he almost had a nosebleed in the buildups, then go crazy at the "break". Mike also found the mirror fascinating. He's read other trippers advising against looking into the mirror, but he doesn't really see why. The black holes that were his pupils were enthralling, and when he looked at myself he could see himself in new light, as if Mike could see himself as another person - looking at what Mike was really like. Mike would insist that any potential tripper must be completely comfortable with themselves as a person, because any insecurities will come out with a vengeance. all throughout this time, he didn't get loads of visual effects. Mike has taken acid twice before, and so knows that you don't necessarily get visual trips all the time, and he wasn't too fussed about this. He did however see plants growing and breathing, and was fascinated by the Windows Media visuals (get G-Force if swiy is ever going to trip). At around nine, Friend B came to mikes original friends house. Both of them then snorted another line of ketamine (Mike only had a small one, once he's k'ing he really doesn't need much more to keep him mashed). Friend B then went to pick up some Ecstacy, whilst they waited. It was Friend B's first time of doing ketamine, and it really didn't agree with him. He was still recovering for hours afterwards, and Mike thinks he was just a bit unprepared, not thinking it would do much to him. Anyway, friend B couldn't get any ecstacy, so they bid Friend A farewell and went to a psy-trance club night. They got in at around 11, and by then the trip had mostly worn off, but colours and patterns were sstill very pleasurable to look at, and the music was more powerful than normal. More friends came, who were all rolling their faces off on MDMA. Whilst on the dancefloor, Mike managed to get off with a very pretty young lady (third year university), but was completely confused by events, so messed it up pretty bad . When she found out that Mike was sixteen, she didn't seem too impressed. At around midnight, Mike acquired a gram of MDMA from a friend. Unfortunately there was no way of measuring the dosage, and Mike reckons he bombed about 300 mg. The come-up was very intense but extremely pleasurable, and Mike danced the night away. He slept over at another friends house, and probably got to bed at around 4 30. He was sleeping in the same bed as his friend, and in the dark he could see the ceiling wavering and shifting about, which he thinks was after-effects of the LSD. He also kept on visualising things that weren't happening - his friend beside him getting up, or reaching his arm up, or friends being there that weren't. These he thinks were from the MDMA - the hallucinations were very MDMA-esque. His mind was extremely active and thinking of different social scenarios with different people, and almost thinking that they were actually happening. It was strange but tolerable, and he eventually drifted off... Time for Mike to take a break from partying methinks, that was the most drugged-up day he's had in a long while. The next day (today), mike at first in the morning had a bit of an MDMA come-down but now feels refreshed and alive, appreiciative of nature and things in general. However, this feeling isn't as strong as it has been with previous trips. MAD! Last edited by pinkandfluffy; 13-04-2008 at 23:37. Reason: Forgot an important part about mirrors! |

Re: LSD experiences
The following events are entirely ficticious...
Good Times At Glastonbury Festival So it all started at the Glade stage at Glastonbury festival on the final night, the psy-trance was in full affect and SWIM was a little worse to wear on MDMA, booze and ketamine not to mention the 40 hours work he had done in the previous week. It was around 12 midnight and Eat Static had just finished their set, it was at that point that the acid was offered, although he didn't realise it at the time, the wise (well more fucked than wise) words of an old hippy earlier in the festival would soon resonate with SWIM. "you don't choose good acid, it chooses you" Such musings aside SWIM was in a confident mood, and loaths even numbers, so he bought 2 tabs of unknown origin. SWIM chatted some bollocks to the girl selling the wares...she couldn't get away quick enough, so SWIM placed the two tabs onto his tongue to stop it from talking more nonsense, left them there for a moment, chewed and swallowed in one quick motion. The details of the following few hours would be described on a 24 hour news channel as "sketchy" and aside from a few brief flashes of dancing SWIM doesn't remember much. The next memory he has was sitting down in what appeared to be some futuristic cafe, there was music and dancing going on, but certainly nothing like SWIM had seen on the planets he once knew. To start it was hard to make out any concrete forms, everything was all paisley and fractal like, SWIM was incredibly aneasthnetised as well. SWIM sat for a few minutes and watched the lizards dance, they were most ungainly and grotesque, then he looked at the giant screen in front of him, which looked like the dance floor in night fever on acid, probably because it was the dance floor from night fever and SWIM was on acid. SWIM felt ready to stand up and go into the world, as he arose he realised that he was about half a mile than where he could last remember, and a blanket had been lovingly wrapped around him, the good samaratan was no where to be seen. This restored SWIM's faith in human kindness, and negated the fact that he had jetasoned several items of clothing and his bag since he left Earth. SWIM stumbled around a bit and found a sandle, his hat was also offered back to him. The first steps were tentative, but what he saw was breath taking, each person was so detailed, so intricate, so alien, so many adjectives all at once, but each person, each shop, each entity, was it's very own and so very different to what this place looked like just a few hours before. As he left the lizard disco he entered quite possibly the best fairground he had ever seen, it was such a grown-up fair, but SWIM was still a child. He stumbled around wide eyed, mouth agape, not really knowing what to do, it all looked so fun! At such times of indecision physical addictions and cravings usually take hold, so SWIM set out on his first mission, to the cider bus! for some Brother's Pear Cider, yum yum. SWIM stumbled out of the green fields to the Jazz World stage, the flickering army of flags looked like half wings of lurid venusian butterflies, the lights in the distance like a technicolour carnival, powered by the very sun itself, the colours were like a TV with a fucked contrast dial playing a soviet propaganda film of the 1950s. The cast all looked like the extras in a bar on Star Wars As he reached the cider bus people were looking at him quite strangely, it would seem that this "Jazz World" had never seen his likes before, but SWIM couldn't give a shit and was too wrapped up in the child like wonder of the occasion. He fumbled for some Jazz dollars and paid for the cider, it was sweet and worth the stumble. He would soon regret the excesses of the night before as SWIM developed a sharp pain in the kidneys from about 5 hours in to 20 hours after the fact (we're about 4 hours in at this point) SWIM then made his way towards the Trash City/Shangri La areas, all the main stages had been closed down at this point, they looked like gigantic beached whales dieing in a sea of smouldering fires and food wrapping, needless to say they wern't very interesting. The Trash City/Shangri La areas were just what the doctor ordered, sculptures made of car parts, fire shows, lots and lots of fancy dress, the beautiful smell of Chai and other such festival delicacies. Everyone was in a hurry to get somewhere, brightly coloured minnows going to where there was life to avoid the fate of the whale stages before them. I met a friend by chance, and found that I the art of conversation had not deserted me, in fact it was more natural now than it was on Earth, we talked about everything and nothing all at once, I lost her to the toilets, like so many before, but quickly found another at a cafe, more conversations continued. As it became light the pain in my kidney's became more prenounced, and the intersteller ramblings had made me very tired, SWIM was about 7 hours in at this point, still going strong, but tired and about a mile away from his tent. As SWIM started back the light made things ugly, these beasts were ill, throwing up vile pink vomit, fiendishly hunting for consumables of various varieties, SWIM walked back very slowly taking lots of breaks, talking and running from people as I went. I got back to the tent about 8am and quickly passed out, before trying several times to go to the toilet, to no avail I must say. As I awoke the tent was still doing strange things, SWIM felt incredibly cloudy and lethargic, but it was too hot inside so he sat outside and looked at the sky. It was blue, with puffy cululus clouds, the clouds were very layered and he could see them in three dimensions. They also took the form of insects, usually riding other insects, sometimes whole armies of them. He also saw a very intricate transformer like robot thing. Monday morning soon became monday afternoon and everyone was leaving, SWIM was soon to be kicked off site, so he begrudgingly packed his bag and tent and got a shuttle bus to the main gate, where he waited for his mother. He faned tiredness as he loaded up the back of her car, arms weak, like twigs ready to snap. As he got home he attempted to go to the toilet again, again to no avail, ate his own weight in food and had a shower, breaking down completely in the shower, tears and cubicle pounding a plenty. There were many voices jabbering away in his head at this point and SWIM was going quite mad, he passed out but about 7 hours later woke up to screaming voices in my head, I got out of my room and calmed down for half an hour, then went to bed for another 12 hours. A day to two days after SWIM was still feeling a bit wobbly, with pangs of unbalance every so often, just about back to normal by thursday. Hope you enjoyed my ranblings!... |
