The Netherlands run a so called liberal drug policy. The rationale is that by de-criminalising drugs, fewer will become addicts. One of the problems is that this policy attract drug tourists, hence the immense pressure from foreign governments to abolisg these liberal ideas. In that whole debate there are a lot of 'known facts' and 'common knowledge' figures ventilated, but I am really curious as to the 'hard' facts: does Holland really have such a low % of drug addicts? Are soft drug users really more likely to become hard drug addicts? Is canabisreally causing scyzophrenia? Etcetera. Who can help me get this information? I'd be really grateful.
