Since I was 11 years old. I had to be physically tortured to get out of bed. And sleeping is impossable, its like death.

No drugs or meds have helped. This is not a result of drugs. Nor is it genetic. I think its FEAR.

Someone told me their is a OTC for knowing the difference between night and day, I can't remember the name. And I don't think it would help.

Circadian rhythms can be helped with melatonin. Fear can be helped with MDMA

They're quite similar, but MDA lasts longer, is notas intense and can cause hallucinations.

You say your problem is fear. What is the source of this fear?

I think DXM will help the fear, it takes any and all fear or pain away
but it won't help ya get out of bed, in fact you'll probably spend more
time in bed...otherwise try some anitdepressants/anti anxiety meds and
see a therapist, that should help in some way or form. You might want
to look into stimulants to help you in the morning.
