panic attacks

It looks like everyone here so far has noticed the bad long term effects of heavy ex use. but im wondering if anyone else here has experienced severe panic attacks even days or weeks after use.

SWIM used to sell rolls for extra cash buying like 100 at a time and just selling to friends. with no one really buying that much e alot of them ended up being taken. probably 3 to 4 a day for extended periods of weeks maybe months.

SWIMs hands and feet would go numb almost for all day, also there would be these really hard to explain INTENSE head rushes. they feel like passing out or going unconscious or even just your heart stopping and you're dying. SWIM always used to have to reach out for the desk at work.

its really horrible when this happens at work also because you know you cant tell anyone what you're going through, also for the longest time SWIM didnt even know what was happening.

after awhile i looked up panic attacks on wiki and almost all of the symptoms were there. numbness in hands and feet (caused by poor circulation from quick breathing) impending feeling of doom, feeling liek you are going to die any second.

probably one of the worst experiences of SWIMs life the ambulance was even called SWIM would have to walk out of the work are and go to the car to calm down. seemed like the only thing that would help would to go buy a beer from the gas station. once in the elevator after leaving without notice because of feeling of fainting. the space in the elevator just made the panic more intense. just sitting at the door saying please open please open by the time it did the feeling was so intense SWIMs heart was beating so hard there was a ringing in the ears. the panic was so bad SWIM actually left and called an ambulance. it sounds stupid when theres reall ynothing wrong but its that convincing. SWIMs heartrate actually WAS above normal. fluctuating anywhere from 130 to 90. normal for panic attacks.

im curious to know if anyone felt simular attacks from extended use of x.
other wierd things were feelings like wobbly unable to walk well. feeling like nothing was real. or that you were going insane during an attack.

Re: panic attacks

The first (half a pill then another half 1 hour later) and second time (1 pill thrn 1 pill 1 hour later SWIM ever poped (rolled very hard most likely to low tolerence), SWIM experienced anxiety attacks for afew days.

With SWIM's first and second time they were done with around a 6 week break. Now SWIM for the past 2 months has been doing E weekly and has been fine except for when he decided to tripple dump. The time that he trippled dumped, he had very bad nightmares/flashbacks and anxiety attacks for nearly a full week.

So in conclusion SWIM think's that it could be caused when you take a higher dose because you probably drain all of the serotonine from your brain. Where as if you took a smaller amount you would most likely be left with some serotonine left instead of being completely drained. SWIM thinks when your brain is completely drained it makes it alot easier to be anxious and depressed. Anyways SWIM could be totatly wrong but thats his theory based on his experiences.

Re: panic attacks

SWIM knows exactly what you are going through. only SWIM's are worse, SWIM OD'ed on MDMA and since then has not been the same. do you go through periods where you feel crazy? and as if you cannot disguish what is real? SWIM had a history of panic attacks before drug use, but now they feel like a bad LSD trip, and SWIM very often feels as if they are getting MDMA and LSD flashblacks, cannot even listen to trippy or techno music anymore.. is this similar to how you are feeling? maybe you and swim can further talk and help each other out?!

Re: panic attacks

SWIF experiences almost exactly to the letter what your talking about whenever he does both cocaine and MDMA in the same night. HE jus refrains from doing it anymore. combined with the symptoms you described is a horrible head rushing effect that reminds SWIF of drinking too much slush or cold drink too fast and gettin brain freeze.

In my oppinion it's just your body telling you to slow down. Take a break from it and come back.

Re: panic attacks

Swims brothers been taking heavy doses of MDMA every weekend for about 5 years and he has anxiety problems including panic attacks nowadays. Swim has never had anxiety in his life so he doesn't know but he assumes theres lots of drugs out there that will counteract that.
