Effects - Stimulating vs. Sedative Effects from Kratom

Stimulating vs. Sedative Kratom Experience. At a lower level, Kratom users find it to be a stimulating, more addrenaline-based trip. At higher levels it becomes sedatives. I'm looking at either the Indo powder or the Kratom Gold 35x Extract. What amount takes it from a 'stimulative' to a 'sedative' kratom time?? The Kratom Gold probably only takes 1 capsule for a good time, but what about the Premium Indo powder?? Is 4 grams enough to become sedative or is it closer to 8-12??
