Dose - Diphenhydramine dose question: 300mg

Swim is thinking of taking 300 mg of diphenhydramine. From what swim has read it seems that the diph trip can cause a terrible hangover the following day and swim needs to be pretty alert at around 11 AM tomorrow. It is about 7:30 PM in Swims timezone.

Swim is 5'11, 205 pounds and has taken only smallish (200-250) doses of diph in the past and only had some small hallucinations and a feeling of heaviness. If he takes 300 mg around 8 PM will Swim still be fcuked up when he wakes up tomorrow? Is 300 mg too small a dose for swims size to produce anything of a trip?

Any answers and advice would be greatly appreciated!

If Swiy needs to be alert tomorrow then Swim recommends not taking it and waiting till swiy has a day to recoop. 300mg is a light does but due to the randomness of diph might be extremely strong. So just wait. And if Swiy can't wait just drink some coffee in the morning. Since swiy is taking such a small dose most likly it wont cause that bad of a hangover. (500mg+ is the killer hangover)

300mg is fine. you'll sleep like a baby that night, but you'll be fine by 11. a little groggy, but you'll be aware of the world. but just in case make sure you set an alarm or something, since swim (110lbs) took 400mg, and slept from 11 at night to 3 in the afternoon the next day.
