all oxycodone equal on gc/ms?

SWIM took roxicodone on Friday at about 1 pm, last 15 mg of 150 over 24 hrs. Got perc script from doc in afternoon, took them over weekend. SWIM was tested at work at 12 pm Monday. SWIM probably just paranoid, but noticed chemical makeups of roxi, perc and oxycontin vary ever so slightly...but do they all show up as just "oxycodone" on a gc/ms. SWIM thinks he knows the answer, just looking for reassurance...Those tiny differences don't affect excretion, right?
