Ok sorry for the shocking title but I just want people to read this topic. I have done X like 8 times now and the first 6 times were great, I had lots of fun, drank enough water and the come down was minor. However the last two times were different. I had fun those nights and the next few days were fine but I started noticing that when i thought about something really in depth my brain would sort of fall into something I can only best describe as a coma. A second later I would get a jolt running through my body to snap me out of this state. The sixth time I did pills the follwoing two days this happened like 4 times then stopped completely so i didnt give it a second thought. When I took more pills last weekend this continued like 6 times a day until friday night. Thats when i took more some pills. It is sunday night and this hasnt happened yet but I am scared that it will come back in a couple of days.It is horrible having these tremors following me and Im worried that they may be permanent. When I last got them they carried into my dreams but here I would not wake up from them but jsut be stuck in time falling through a vortex only to wake up 10 minutes later in a great panic. If anybody has experienced the same please repy and I will post back to mention If they have come back and if they have left again. Anyway thanks for reading!!

well...it sounds like you're rollin far too often. You need time in between to allow your brain to recover, or else, yeah, you will damage stuff. Also, since you're doing them so close together, you're mostly likely taking more and more. Just wait a couple months and take a low dosage. |

somtimes before i sleep , i fall into a semi sleep. Its like seeing what the room im in is like , its exactly the same room. then something will happen , like the table opposite will float over my head , and ill wake up in a cold sweat , sometimes with that tremor think you said , but i wouldnt relate it too a elecltric shock. . I think my body falls alseep but my brain is still active. Its definaly pill related , I should probaly cut down but heeey.. i dont wanna. it hasnt happened for 3-4 weeks anyway , maybe its gone |

In the period I was on them, I sometimes fell asleep/half-asleep in class and would be scared awake by dreams or hallucinations, like something moving that isn't really moving, or someone playing with some strings in his hands that aren't really there... |

what you report shneddi sounds a bit like sleep paralysis, which i occasionally get if ive been on a bender. are you able to move? it doesnt happen very often for me though. anyway, as the other have said - take them less often, take less of them, try and sleep more. it could just be a mild effect related to how little sleep youve had. youd be surprised how badly a lack of sleep can affect you, especially if its taking place over quite a few days or more. |

try doing a binge of non-sleeping, without any drugs. I think some of the effects can be quite similar, as billyloner said lack of sleep can affect you more than you would think. I tried staying awake for like 2 days a while ago without doing anything drug-related by the 2nd day night my eyes couldnt stay open and i'd drift off into this dream-world state and then all of a sudden wake from out of it because something would happen in the dream to wake me, even though I didn't know i was sleeping. |

I agree with Billyloner here. This definately sounds like sleep paralysis. I can totally relate to this having experienced it quite frequently myself. Everybody has probably experienced this at some point in a milder form. For example have you ever gone to sleep in a room full of people talking but remained fully aware of the conversation going on around you but are unable to react to it whilst half comatose.I mentioned this to my brother quite recently and he agreed that he had experienced this before. After asking around I found that this has happened to many of my friends after a session.
Many people who claim to have seen ghosts are probably experiencing something similar. It can be quite scary as your rational mind is telling you that you are awake yet you are seeing things that are definately out of the ordinary.I had a particularly worrying experience one summer morning last year when I awoke to see a couple of 3ft wasps hovering round my head. They quickly disappeared and I found it strange to say the least, it gave me a bit of a shock at the time mind. Also many people coming off anti depressants complain of similar electric shock or jolt sensations .Always remember you are giving your brain chemistry a fair whack each time you take something. I would stop now if you are in any way worried and not run the risk of screwing yourself as I did. Hope you feel better soon Rachx Edited by: Rach |

yea i think its sleep paralysis too. as for the original question tho, you're definitely taking them too often, which is probably why your body is freaking out: take head of the warning signs, they sound like they're in big neon lights by the sounds of what's happening to you!! also, take in moderation. less is more with mdma; the more you overdo it the less chance there is of having a good experience. also, if you've only done it six times then you're probably coming out of the honeymoon period by now and that's probably contributing to not feeling the same as you ahve done in the past (basically the effects of mdma become less and less the more often you do it and the more times that you've done it in some people; look on erowid for more details). take supplements like 5htp and take a break from the little ones for a while; most ppl reserve it for a once a week thing and then have a break for a month after about eight weeks or so (or at least they do round here). also, eat properly; it's more than an understatement to say that you really need to be in good health to take pills and continual degradation of your body will not help; anything with vit b&e is good, like fruit&stuff (keep away from vit c around time you take pills tho as it makes you comedown). also, don't think about taking em; just let it happen. i kno that can't help you if you're experiencing these weird things now but if you pick it up now it'll probably help to supporting your body better for the next time you take em. |
